




Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation of hotel facilities, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain optimal conditions in hotel facilities, equipment, and services. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas. 3. Respond to incidents and requests from guests and departments. We are looking for a **Maintenance Technician** to guarantee the proper functioning of hotel facilities, complying with established quality and service standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the hotel’s various areas. **Job Objective** Maintain hotel facilities, equipment, and services in optimal condition, ensuring operational continuity and guest satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** Maintain thorough control over maintenance activities. Operate and supervise hotel-specific machinery and equipment. Control and properly use work tools and materials. Conduct operational measurements on equipment and facilities. Carry out daily inspections across the entire property. Respond to incidents, complaints, and requests from guests and other departments (housekeeping, administration, management). Execute preventive maintenance in guest rooms and facilities. Verify proper operation of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Perform minor repairs in carpentry, locksmithing, masonry, painting, among others. Provide timely support to other departments as required by operational needs. **Ideal Candidate ProfileAcademic Background** Education: Completed basic education. Courses in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, masonry, or general maintenance (desirable). **Work Experience** Minimum 1 year of experience as maintenance assistant, technician, or operator, preferably in the hotel or service industry. Knowledge of electricity, plumbing, masonry, and climate control. **Technical and Soft Skills** Autonomy and responsibility in task execution. Attention to detail and effective time management.
