We seek a Hostess A who will serve as the heart of our vineyard entrance, ensuring order, warmth, control, and an exceptional experience from the very first contact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate individual, group, and special-event reservations. * Accurately and promptly disseminate reservation information—including walk-in visitors. * Manage logistics for visitor entry and flow. * Ensure compliance with capacity limits and scheduled time slots. * Prepare weekly metrics on: entries and locations visited. * Validate and consolidate customer satisfaction survey results. * Identify areas for improvement in the visitor experience. * Channel complaints and pursue their resolution. * Coordinate with service departments to confirm availability. **Profile:** * Experience in tourism, hospitality, restaurants, events, or premium customer service. * Ability to lead operational teams. * Excellent professional appearance and presentation. * Strong organizational skills, initiative, and decision-making ability. * Ease in interacting with customers and resolving incidents. * Proficiency in preparing reports and analyzing metrics. **Schedule:** Typically Wednesday through Sunday; during holiday seasons or public holidays, the schedule shifts to Thursday through Monday. **We Offer:** * Net monthly salary: $10,900.00 – $12,000.00 * Grocery vouchers * Direct involvement in shaping the vineyard experience * Uniforms Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,900.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
