Vistahermosa, Monterrey, Nuevo León Salary: $24,000 monthly gross + commissions **Job Description:** A construction-sector company seeks a Farmer Sales Representative responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, maximizing sales opportunities, fostering customer loyalty, and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. The primary focus of this position is the management, maintenance, and growth of active accounts. **Main Responsibilities:** * Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers to ensure their continued satisfaction. * Conduct periodic visits to identify customer needs and offer customized solutions. * Identify additional and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. * Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue from assigned accounts. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. * Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets. * Monitor account performance and adjust strategies as needed. * Prepare performance and progress reports for the Commercial Management team. * Propose value-added initiatives to reinforce long-term business relationships. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * 5–8 years of sales experience in the construction sector. * Minimum 2 years of experience in key account development and maintenance. **Required Knowledge:** * Sales strategies and business development. * CRM usage, recordkeeping, and analysis. * Market analysis and strategic planning. * Advanced Excel. **Competencies:** * Negotiation. * Effective communication. * Results orientation. * Problem solving. * Customer orientation. * Planning and organization. * Proactive, action-oriented profile. **Working Conditions:** * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (every other Saturday) * Monthly gross salary: $24,000. * Weekly payment. * Statutory benefits. * Individual major medical expense insurance, with optional family coverage. * Life insurance. * Punctuality bonus. * Attendance bonus. * Grocery vouchers (these last three included in the salary). * + Commissions based on goal achievement.
