Professional and responsible environment We are looking for an experienced hiking guide skilled in group leadership to collaborate on organized hiking routes in natural areas of Mexico City and surrounding regions. The selected candidate will assist in planning and executing routes for various skill levels, ensuring participant safety, group control, and an educational experience. Responsibilities: * Lead groups on hiking routes * Monitor pace and safety throughout the route * Assist in checking participants’ basic equipment * Identify potential risks along the route * Maintain clear communication with the group * Assist in logistics for route departure and closure Requirements: * Proven experience in hiking or mountaineering * Familiarity with hiking routes in Mexico City and surrounding areas * Valid first-aid certification (Wilderness First Aid or equivalent preferred) * Leadership ability and group management skills * Weekend availability * Good physical condition We Offer: * Per-event payment * Recurring collaboration * Participation in a growing project * Professional and responsible environment Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $300.00 - $500.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
