We are hiring: **GENERAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR** **Work Location: Royal Country, Zapopan, Jalisco** **We offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $25,771 * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium) * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance **Work Location: Paseo Royal Country, Zapopan** **Responsibilities:** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of critical equipment, emergency power plant, electrical substation, electrical panels, fire suppression systems, and air conditioning equipment. * Supervise maintenance personnel’s maintenance tasks. * Monitor suppliers and track tool and material requisitions. * Manage the department’s budget. * Administer tools and materials for maintenance tasks. **Requirements:** * Completed engineering degree. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., including a one-hour lunch break. * Minimum three years’ experience as maintenance supervisor or manager for a building, corporate facility, or commercial plaza. * Preventive maintenance of critical equipment, substations, emergency power plants, fire protection equipment, and real estate properties. * Maintenance of buildings, corporate facilities, or real estate properties involving electrical work, plumbing, painting, and finishing. * Experience in operation of real estate properties and critical equipment. **Interested candidates should apply through this channel, and we will contact you.**
