**Are you a recent graduate in Electronic Engineering?** An **electronic** sector company is seeking **recent graduates** in **Electronic Engineering** interested in professional development as a **Process Technician**, actively participating in continuous improvement, quality, and production support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Repair defective **PCBA** boards and finished products with faults. * Collaborate with **Engineering** and **Manufacturing** departments to resolve issues on production lines. * Calibrate, maintain, and adjust parameters of **instruments and equipment** used in processes. * Verify and confirm the **first piece** of each model daily to detect deviations and prevent quality risks. * Address and promptly follow up on **quality** feedback from involved areas. * Analyze failures by **test station** and track implementation of solutions to prevent recurrence. * Perform daily inspections of instruments and equipment before each shift, ensuring proper functionality. * Timely identify issues during inspections, carry out necessary replacements, and notify the engineering department upon detecting failures. * Collect and analyze data on **new materials and components** during production testing, identifying root causes. * Prepare **technical reports** on electrical and structural failures, as well as generate change requests (**ECR**) when applicable. * Propose improvements focused on **product quality** and process efficiency. **Required Profile** * Recent graduate in **Electronic Engineering** or **Industrial Engineering**. * Basic knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes (PCBA desirable). * Interest in developing expertise in **processes, quality, and production support**. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Organization, attention to detail, and teamwork. * Availability to work in a plant environment. **We Offer** * Opportunity for **professional development** and learning in the electronic industry. * Ongoing technical training. * Job stability and a positive work environment. **Transportation routes to nearby areas:** Salinas Victoria, Cienega de Flores, Hidalgo, Pilares, Valle Norte, Zuazua.
