It has been recognized by KPMG, Business Insider, and Glassdoor as one of the world’s most promising fintechs. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * End-to-end accompaniment and support for B2B customers throughout their relationship with Creditas * Resolution of customer inquiries, settlements, and other procedures * Document review and information registration in our systems, ensuring data remains up to date * Billing process and follow-up **Who are we looking for?** * Currently pursuing or having completed studies in administrative fields. * Residing in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (formulas and pivot tables). * Prior experience in fintech companies and/or startups is desirable. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Customer service orientation and service mindset. **Our selection process** Creditas’ selection process begins with your application and may vary in duration.
