Location: CDMX Availability from Monday to Friday **Main objective:** Execute Cost activities for Nestlé companies in the AMS zone, meeting customer requirements and performing relevant Health Checks on data integrity, with the purpose of ensuring information quality and preventing impacts on market operations. **A day in the life of...** * Address customer requests using SAP and SharePoint as ticket management tools, to ensure correct configuration of cost master data. * Perform maintenance on master data requested by markets, to ensure information quality in cost models such as Production, COGS, Distribution, and MOGE. * Conduct monthly master data Health Checks, addressing and correcting identified deviations to prevent impacts during cost model execution. * Prepare standard cost review for direct materials through SAP checks, to ensure correct costing during the monthly closing process. * Plan the review of direct materials master data via SAP checks in September, to ensure correct costing during the annual closing process. * Participate in activities related to automation and process optimization projects led by the Center of Competence, to improve operational efficiency. * Prepare indicator reports presented in the weekly meeting, using the virtual dashboard, to provide visibility into operations. **Success factors:** * Understand the business environment. * Practice what you preach. * Results-oriented. * Self-awareness. **Required knowledge and experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience in Accounting and Costing (Finance); 1–2 years of experience in Service areas. * Prior experience in Master Data, Finance & Control, and Costing. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency. * Experience as a Cost Analyst or formal demonstration of independent execution capability. * Experience in service areas. * Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
