Teamwork and good communication. **CNC GRAPHITE TECHNICIAN** MCUSA is a newly established company focused on mold manufacturing, located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. We are seeking a CNC milling operator trained to safely and accurately operate CNC machinery. The position requires high concentration, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and strict adherence to safety standards, with the objective of producing high-quality parts through correct programming and operation of the machines. The purpose of this position is to manufacture high-quality graphite electrodes and components using efficient and precise CNC processes. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Prepare, program, and operate CNC milling machines for machining graphite electrodes and other CNC milling tasks. · Fabricate electrodes according to CAD/CAM data and injection mold specifications. · Cut and prepare graphite/copper material for CNC machining. · Interpret 2D drawings and 3D models. · Prepare and conduct trial runs to verify outputs against specifications. · Monitor machinery during operation and make necessary adjustments. · Verify dimensions using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM, height gauges). · Comply with quality, safety, and 5S standards. **REQUIREMENTS** · Technical degree (machinery, tooling, or CNC). · 3–8 years of experience in graphite CNC milling (preferably in the injection mold industry). · Practical knowledge of EROWA and/or 3R workholding systems. · Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and cutting tools. · Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Siemens). · Basic knowledge of CAM software (PowerMill, NX, Mastercam – preferred). · Ability to read and interpret mechanical documentation and drawings. · Availability to work special shifts. · English (preferred). **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** · High precision and attention to detail. · Ability to work with complex geometries and fine details. · Technical problem-solving ability. · Teamwork and good communication. · Focus on quality and on-time delivery.
