Time with your contact and Home Office. 80% time in offices and/or field. 20% **IMPORTANT:** Must know how to use SPACE PLANNING **General Job Objective:** * Facilitate communication between office and field staff for accurate distribution management. \- Plan store space at both macro and micro levels, adapting to local demands. \- Optimize planograms based on location-specific demand patterns. \- Assign optimal space for each product category. \- Determine the effectiveness of combining different product groups to enhance customer experience and maximize revenue. \- Create adaptable and resilient spaces. \- Design visually appealing and sustainable environments. \- Maximize the use of available space **Basic Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed), preferably in graphic design, marketing, or business administration. \- Experience: Minimum 6 months designing planograms. \- Availability: As required by the client. \- Excellent personal presentation. \- Marital status: No preference. \- Languages: English 80%. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Proficiency in software such as Space Planning, CP TOOLS, etc. \- Gender: No preference.
