




Job Summary: Grupo VG is seeking an Audit Assistant to review and validate operational processes, conduct cash counts, perform physical inventories, and supervise compliance at consumption centers. Development of analytical observation and effective communication skills Grupo VG is seeking: Audit Assistant Responsibilities: \- Review daily cash closing reports per shift \- Conduct cash counts and validate funds \- Perform physical inventory counts of bar, kitchen, and warehouse \- Supervise incoming and outgoing supplies \- Verify compliance with operational processes \- Validate operational expense receipts \- Verify daily deposits and sales reports \- Execute operational audits across various consumption centers: cash register, sales reports, warehouse, monitoring correct workflow procedures, identifying and documenting anomalies \- Prepare incident reports and follow up on identified anomalies Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Gastronomy (in progress or completed) Experience: 1 year in operational or administrative roles in restaurants or bars: cashier, warehouse, bar, or shift supervision Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. with a 1-hour break; Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Availability to conduct operational audits at consumption centers, preferably during nighttime hours.
