INOFE COLLECTION, a company dedicated to the design, interior design, and specialized materials sector, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant with proven experience and computer proficiency. We seek an organized, disciplined candidate with a high level of operational control, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order preparation. Responsibilities * Receiving and unloading goods from suppliers and courier services. * Physical verification against invoices (models, SKUs, batches, and quantities). * Accurate and immediate recording of receipts and shipments in ERP (preferably Odoo). * Classification, labeling, and arrangement of goods according to layout. * Application of FIFO method for proper inventory rotation. * Picking and preparation of orders for local delivery routes and courier services. * Packing, labeling, and documentation of orders. * Photographic evidence before and after packing. * Weighing and measuring for shipping label generation. * Generation of courier service shipping labels where applicable. * Execution of physical inventories and cycle counts. * Immediate reporting of inventory discrepancies. * Fabric cutting and rolling, and material preparation when required. * Maintaining a clean, organized, and functional warehouse. * Supporting delivery routes in case of driver absence. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics. * Mandatory experience using computers and warehouse ERP systems. * Prior Odoo experience preferred (not mandatory). * Knowledge of inventory control and FIFO rotation. * Experience in order preparation and document control. * Physical capability to handle loads. * Desired experience in design, textile, interior design, or retail companies. * Valid driver’s license.
