Determine federal and local taxes **Grupo Asesores en Negocios is seeking an Accounting Analyst in Santa Fé – Álvaro Obregón, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Position: Accounting Analyst Functions and Responsibilities: * Accurately and timely record daily accounting transactions (revenues, expenses, and accruals). * Verify that accounting entries are supported by valid and complete documentation. * Prepare and analyze monthly bank reconciliations. * Reconcile key accounting accounts: customers, suppliers, taxes payable, taxes receivable, intercompany accounts, and advances. * Record and manage accounts payable, advances, and expense accruals. * Calculate federal and local taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings, and state taxes). * Support the preparation of internal financial reports. * Prepare accounting accruals (payroll, taxes, depreciation, and amortization). * Compile working papers for revenues and expenses. * Operate the ASPEL COI accounting system, including dynamic journal entries and templates. Required Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern). * Minimum 3 years of verifiable professional experience in an accounting firm (not students). * Solid knowledge of general accounting, tax compliance, accounting reconciliations, and tax calculation. * Intermediate proficiency in ASPEL COI and Excel. * Responsible, organized individual with a strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, analytical ability, sound accounting judgment, and adherence to standards and procedures. * Santa Fe Work Location: Client’s address – Antonio Dovalí Jaime, Santa Fé, Torre, Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01219, Ciudad de México. Schedule: On-site, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Salary: From $13,000.00 to $16,000.00 net monthly.
