Job Summary: Client service and accompaniment for B2B clients throughout their processes with Creditas, including inquiry resolution and documentation management. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end client accompaniment for B2B clients throughout their relationship with Creditas 2. Resolution of client inquiries and procedures 3. It has been recognized by KPMG, Business Insider, and Glassdoor as one of the world’s most promising fintechs. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** * End-to-end accompaniment and service for B2B clients throughout their relationship with Creditas * Resolution of inquiries, settlements, and other client procedures * Review of documentation and registration of information in our systems, ensuring they remain up to date * Billing process and follow-up **Who Are We Looking For?** * Currently pursuing or having completed studies in administrative fields. * Residing in the Metropolitan Area of Mexico City. * Minimum 1 year of experience in related roles. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency (formulas and pivot tables). * Fintech and/or startup experience is desirable. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and proactivity. * Client orientation and service mindset. **Our Selection Process** Creditas’ selection process begins with your application and may vary in duration.
