Position Summary: We are seeking a Tender Executive to manage and close business opportunities in the government sector, focusing on ballistic protection and vehicle armor. Key Highlights: 1. Manages and develops government business opportunities 2. Promotes strategic alliances for the marketing of armor solutions 3. Enhances institutional visibility and the company's reputation An armor-focused company is seeking a TENDER EXECUTIVE Objective: To manage, develop, and close government-sector business opportunities—either through direct participation in public tenders or via strategic alliances with distributors marketing ballistic protection equipment—complying with public tender procedures, invitations to bid, and direct award processes. To secure strategic vehicle armor projects for VIPs and NEW TACTICAL MODELS that increase revenue, market share, institutional visibility, and the company’s and group’s reputation. Requirements: - Knowledge of public tender processes - Prior experience in the ballistic protection industry (minimum 3 years) - Proficiency in preparing documentation and fulfilling requirements per tender specifications - Personal vehicle for client visits - Experience using CRM systems and tender portals Responsibilities: - Identify and track public-sector business opportunities - Analyze tender documents, technical, legal, and administrative requirements to assess feasibility, risks, and commercial opportunities - Build and maintain commercial relationships with distributors and strategic partners - Provide commercial support to distributors and public agencies - Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, purchase orders, and collaboration agreements - Prepare commercial reports, tender participation summaries, and revenue forecasts - Achieve commercial targets and budget goals We Offer: - Monthly gross salary of $15,000 (with potential annual increase based on performance targets) - Statutory benefits - Commission scheme - Quarterly performance bonuses - Guaranteed bonus of $5,000 (first three months) - Monthly vehicle maintenance allowance - Gasoline vouchers - 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Work Location: Col.
