At FiberHome, we seek a Technical Support Engineer responsible for providing specialized support for ONU and OLT equipment, ensuring the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of our customers' networks. Location: Mexico City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Advanced English required Responsibilities • Installation, commissioning, and acceptance of projects involving ONU/OLT equipment. • Technical fault diagnosis, response, and resolution. • Acceptance testing and version validation. • Support for software upgrades and incident resolution. • Preparation and translation of technical reports. • Proposal and implementation of network modifications. • Technical assistance and consultation for customers. • Technical training on installation and troubleshooting. Requirements • Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, Electronics, or related field. • Advanced English (mandatory). • Experience in testing and maintenance of electronic equipment (ZTE, Huawei, or FiberHome OLT/ONU). • Knowledge of telecommunications networks. • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure. • Willingness to travel, as there is more than one workplace.
