Job Summary: Supervises and trains on occupational safety, prevents risks, investigates accidents, and ensures compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the supervision and compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. 2. Provides training on risk prevention and use of safety equipment. 3. Manages comprehensive safety in warehouses and work-at-height operations. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise the correct use of PPE (belt, helmet, gloves, safety footwear, harness, lifeline, etc.). - Verify and supervise work-at-height activities, ensuring: - Proper use of safety harness - Correct installation and use of lifelines - Safe conditions on ladders, scaffolds, or structures - Conduct daily inspections in the warehouse and maneuvering yard to identify unsafe conditions (improper stacking, blocked aisles, fall hazards, etc.). - Develop and update risk assessments, including: - Manual handling of loads - Loading and unloading operations - Work-at-height activities - Coordinate and follow up on drills (evacuation, fire). - Deliver safety talks at the start of each shift (5–10 minutes), covering topics such as: - Fall prevention - Correct use of harnesses and anchoring equipment - Train personnel on occupational safety and risk prevention. - Record, investigate, and follow up on workplace accidents and incidents, especially falls and impacts. - Verify safe conditions in delivery units (load stacking, cargo securing). - Control the distribution, usage, and replenishment of PPE. - Support regulatory compliance. - Review of 5S (Order and Cleanliness) Required Knowledge: - Safety and hygiene regulations (NOM-STPS). - Work-at-height activities and fall protection systems. - Correct use of harnesses, lifelines, and anchor points. - Risk prevention in warehouses and logistics. - Manual handling of loads and ergonomics. - Accident investigation. - First aid (desirable).-Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 26 and 45 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, escort, guard, security guard, watchman, guard, surveillance, cleaning, hygiene, cleaning, cleaning, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, warehouse
