




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to lead the department’s daily operations, propose improvements, and support human talent decisions within a beauty company. Key Responsibilities: 1. A leading company in the beauty sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and continuously strengthening its internal processes, is looking for a professional to lead the daily operations of the Human Resources Department—capable of analyzing, proposing improvements, and supporting human talent decisions in close collaboration with department heads and senior management. **JOIN our team as HR Manager.** **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Human Resources Department’s operations comprehensively, ensuring legal compliance and proper employee support. * Execute and monitor the full recruitment and selection process, guaranteeing timely vacancy coverage. * Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and transfers with IMSS and external payroll providers. * Manage attendance records, pre-payroll processing, and payroll payment follow-up. * Maintain control and update physical and digital employee files. * Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and propose practical solutions. * Execute onboarding, training, and performance evaluation processes. * Design and implement initiatives related to workplace climate, integration, and employee well-being. * Address and follow up on labor conflicts, acting with judgment and confidentiality. * Support department leaders on personnel-related matters. * Prepare reports, metrics, and analyses for decision-making purposes. * Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and applicable NOMs. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
