Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Intern who enjoys teamwork and possesses a positive attitude, is organized, proactive, and results-oriented. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing purchase requisitions and shipping packages 2. Conducting moisture, protein, and ash content measurements for flour and wheat 3. Ash content analysis of raw materials, by-products, and finished products We are looking for a Quality Intern in CDMX! Schedule: Monday to Friday – 5 HOURS DAILY/Negotiable Field of Study: Food Engineering, FINAL SEMESTERS Main Responsibilities: 1. Electronic data entry for general forms 2. Moisture, protein, and ash content measurements for flour and wheat 3. Ash content analysis of raw materials, by-products, and finished products 4. Assistance in preparing purchase requisitions and shipping packages 5. Laboratory samples Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Excel – Basic/Intermediate Laboratory samples We seek an organized individual with a strong sense of responsibility, results orientation, attention to detail, proactivity, enthusiasm for teamwork, and a positive attitude.
