




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing a wide variety of bakery, pastry, and dessert products, ensuring their quality and aesthetic presentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation of traditional and modern cakes, cookies, and breads. 2. Development of new pastry ideas and products. 3. Ensuring the quality and aesthetic presentation of desserts. - Prepare raw material requisitions for daily service and events. - Prepare a wide variety of products such as cakes, cookies, bread, etc., following traditional and modern recipes. - Ability to produce various types of bread, including artisanal bread, muffins, croissants, laminated donuts, Danish pastries, etc. - Develop, design, or create new culinary (pastry) ideas and products. - Ensure excellent quality across the entire dessert menu. - Decorate cakes and desserts using various types of glazes, coatings, etc. - Ensure food presentation is aesthetically appealing. - Prepare production for daily service and events; conduct monthly inventory of raw materials. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education - General Baccalaureate 8 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 25 and 50 years old Knowledge: Quality, Culinary Arts, Decoration, Aesthetics, Pastry Keywords: pastry, pastry chef, baker
