Currently seeking a Telemarketing Executive to strengthen its team in Mexico City. * Hybrid work modality * Gross monthly salary: $30,000 Job Description A financial/insurance sector company seeks a Collections and Operations Analyst with experience in telephone-based collections and administrative follow-up, capable of managing portfolios, maintaining effective client communication, and supporting departmental operational processes. The position focuses primarily on telephone-based collections (70–80%) complemented by administrative and operational control functions. We seek an organized, analytical profile with excellent follow-up skills and negotiation abilities.
