Requirements: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience as a manicurist. Experience in manicure and pedicure. Knowledge of and ability to apply cleaning and disinfection protocols for tools. Excellent service attitude and professional client interaction. Availability to work various shifts. No specialization in nail art or advanced nail techniques required, as this is an exclusive barbershop for men. Willingness to undergo internal training. Main Responsibilities: Perform manicure and pedicure services for men. Strictly adhere to hygiene and disinfection protocols. Maintain tools and workspace in optimal condition. Deliver a high-quality service experience consistent with a luxury barbershop. Employment Conditions: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. OR 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (Availability for both shifts) Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Days off: Fixed Sunday + 1 additional weekday Training at the Polanco branch Contract Type: 3-month probationary period, followed by an indefinite-term contract Compensation: Earnings based on commissions plus tips Guaranteed monthly salary of $12,000 for the first 3 months Statutory benefits from day one. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma years of experience
