




**Job Objective:** Coordinate Human Resources operations in the assigned area, ensuring staffing coverage, proper personnel administration, and compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions. * Supervise personnel administration (personnel files, authorized staff lists, incidents). * Monitor labor relations and employee separations. * Ensure implementation of the annual training plan and workplace climate initiatives. * Supervise legal compliance and STPS requirements. Manage employee separation processes. * Coordinate the HR team under your supervision. * Prepare metrics reports on: turnover, absenteeism, staffing coverage, training plan, among others.
