Job Summary: We are seeking an HVAC Technician to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment, daily inspections, measurement readings, and technical support for electrical panels. HVAC TECHNICIANS IN CUAJIMALPA What will you do? Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, AHUs, condensers, fan coil units, cooling towers, mini-splits, and precision air conditioning units. Conduct daily inspections according to operational requirements, reporting all anomalies identified. Take readings from water, energy, and fuel meters, and record them in the designated forms. Report and document all activities performed during the work shift. Carry out departmental tasks, complete logbooks and work orders.
