




Human Resources Manager * Company: Estrategas Contables & Financieros (ECF) * Location: Puebla, Pue. Mode: In-person * Schedule: Monday to Friday. 2 Saturdays per month until 12:30 pm. Job Objective Administer and execute the firm’s Human Resources processes, ensuring control over personnel files, recruitment, attendance incidents, basic compliance with labor obligations, and support for organizational culture, under an approach focused on order, confidentiality, and follow-up. Main Responsibilities * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Document management for departmental information. * Control and creation of physical and digital personnel files. Follow-up on contract preparation and tracking of IMSS registrations and cancellations (handled by the payroll department) * Control of attendance incidents, vacations, and leave requests.
