Requirements -Age: 30 to 45 years -Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field. -Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in HR functions. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR plans aligned with organizational objectives. • Supervise recruitment processes to ensure acquisition of high-quality talent. • Implement performance evaluation systems and career development plans to foster internal growth. • Manage conflicts, labor negotiations, and ensure a respectful and equitable work environment. • Measure employee engagement through workplace wellness initiatives. • Ensure all policies comply with local labor laws and occupational safety and hygiene regulations. • Administer vacations, leaves of absence, medical leaves, and absences. • Ensure accurate registration of hires, terminations, and salary modifications with social security institutions (IMSS, Infonavit, etc.). • Handle labor audits and official authority requests. • Maintain and safeguard physical and digital personnel files. • Prepare and manage the annual HR department budget. • Manage employment contracts (drafting, renewal, and termination) We Offer: -Competitive salary commensurate with experience -Statutory benefits -Direct employment by the company -Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm -Location: Miguel Hidalgo. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, resources, human
