Be part of a culture that not only anticipates change but actively creates it—where your skills and values drive our collective progress and impact. *What is the purpose of this position?* Ensure accurate payroll administration, processing, and control, as well as efficient management of HR information systems, guaranteeing legal compliance, data confidentiality, process integrity, and employee satisfaction. *What do you need to apply?* Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Computer Science, Organizational Psychology, or related field **(degree certificate and professional license required).** At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, performing the following responsibilities: * Ensure proper use of HRIS tools focused on employees throughout their lifecycle within the company * Ensure employee information is accurate and consistent across corporate systems, achieving proper alignment among them. * Ensure appropriate management, analysis, and execution of pre\-payroll. * Prepare and manage weekly and biweekly payroll incidents. * Clarify employee concerns and questions regarding incident items. * Submit required documentation for employment contract and termination agreement generation. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and updates in corporate systems. * Create and modify vendors in SAP (onboarding, offboarding, PTU, former employees, travel allowances). * Manage PTU payment process (active and inactive employees). * Administer annual and advance Savings Fund and Savings Account process.
