Program Requirements Education: Active students from the 7th semester onwards in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources English: Intermediate Excel: Intermediate Skills: Proactivity and initiative, organization and planning, attention to detail, adaptability, effective communication, creativity and innovation, responsibility and follow-up Responsibilities: • Support in planning and executing onboarding and offboarding processes • Administration and tracking of employee benefits • Management and monitoring of area vendors • Administration and updating of personnel files • Development of internal materials and presentations • Support for employee well-being and experience initiatives • Support for area projects and initiatives related to policies, organizational changes, and continuous process improvement Benefits: Monthly stipend: $8,000 net + TDU + Accident insurance + Mochu University + Possibility to fulfill academic requirements Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (in-person mode) Duration: 12 months (Must remain an active student throughout the entire program) Location: Av.
