




We are looking for an **HR Generalist** to join our team and work directly with **BTL demonstrators and supervision staff**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions that foster an efficient and productive work environment. Responsibilities * Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, especially in the BTL sector. * Conduct onboarding of new employees and help organize training and development initiatives. * Create employee files and access credentials. * Collect and analyze HR metrics such as time-to-hire and turnover rates. * Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. * Maintain employee files and records electronically and in hard copy. * Improve job satisfaction by quickly resolving issues and implementing new benefits and team-building activities. * Assist with payroll and pre-payroll processing. * Monitor field activation operations. * Assist with material delivery. * Deliver and obtain signed contracts. * Midweek rest days. * Ensure compliance with current labor regulations. . Requirements * Proven experience as an HR Generalist. * Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures. * Good knowledge of labor laws. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving aptitude. * Team-oriented mindset and results-driven approach. * University degree in Business Administration or a related field. * Additional training in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
