




**Job Description:** Financiera Mr. Lana is seeking an **HR Generalist** with experience in **recruitment and selection**, **labor relations**, and **personnel administration**, and desirable knowledge in **payroll processing**, to support comprehensive human capital management. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Posting job vacancies and monitoring hiring processes * Personnel file integration and control * Employee support and labor relations management * Implementation of internal policies and work regulations * Handling personnel incidents (absences, leaves, vacations, disabilities) * Coordination of employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfers * Compliance with current labor regulations * Administrative support for the HR department **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field * Minimum of [2] years’ experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role * Demonstrable experience in recruitment and labor relations * Basic or intermediate payroll knowledge (desirable) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Organizational skills, confidentiality, and service orientation * Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
