We are a company specialized in engineering and construction of medium- and low-voltage electrical projects, and we are looking for your talent as: **GENERALIST HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER.** **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** - Plan, coordinate, and execute Human Resources department activities, guaranteeing proper management, legal compliance, positive work environment, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** - Attendance, incident, and punctuality control. - Payroll review and coordination with accounting firm. - Recruitment and selection of personnel (job posting, interviews, psychometric testing). - Onboarding of new employees. - Identification of training needs. - Organization of training sessions, workshops, and evaluations. - Administration of workplace climate surveys and eNPS. - Proposal and implementation of integration and wellness initiatives. - Coordination of performance evaluations. - Drafting and updating of employment contracts. - Resolution of labor conflicts and enforcement of internal regulations. - Monitoring of legal and regulatory labor obligations (STPS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). - Support in internal ISO 9001:2015 audits related to HR. **REQUIREMENTS:** - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. - Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar positions. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES - Proficiency in official platforms (IMSS, IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT, ISN). - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. - Experience with recruitment and selection platforms and networks. - Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, STPS obligations, IMSS, INFONAVIT). - Payroll management and incident tracking. - ISO 9001:2015 (in HR-related topics). **WE OFFER:** Gross monthly salary: $18,000 to $20,000, depending on qualifications. - Statutory benefits. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 6:00 pm. **WORK LOCATION:** Real de Juriquilla neighborhood, Querétaro.
