Job Summary: We are seeking a Follow-up Executive to provide service to policyholders for roadside assistance, validating service providers and resolving inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. We Are Looking for Talent! * Follow-up Executive * Primary Purpose – Provide service to each policyholder for roadside assistance, validate with service providers their arrival time, resolve inquiries, follow up on service delivery for each policyholder, and report on call receipt regarding cost changes or addition of service items.
