B2B COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE Objective: Develop and manage a portfolio of institutional clients in the B2B sector, identifying business opportunities, presenting value propositions, and closing commercial agreements that contribute to the company’s sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Actively prospect new institutional clients within the assigned territory. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing. Maintain and develop commercial relationships with active accounts. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Record activities, opportunities, and follow-ups in the company’s CRM. Prepare customized commercial proposals based on client needs. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure proper delivery of service or product. Submit weekly portfolio and pipeline progress reports to the Commercial Manager. Academic Qualifications: Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable B2B sales experience. Experience in consultative selling, long sales cycles, or institutional accounts. Desirable: Experience in sectors such as technology, educational services, SaaS, business services, or entertainment service sales. Technical Knowledge: CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Preparation of commercial proposals and presentations. Intermediate-level Excel or Google Sheets. We Offer: Income starting at $10,000 (base salary + performance-based commissions). Commission structure included within the income range.
