Job Summary: Dishwashing Supervisor (Steward) with experience in team supervision and knowledge of hygiene standards and kitchen equipment handling. Key Highlights: 1. Experience supervising work teams (desirable). Experience in large-scale events, restaurants, hotels, or catering (desirable). Technical Knowledge: Hygiene and sanitation standards for food and beverages. Handling of kitchen utensils and equipment. Basic inventory control. Supervision of operational staff.
