Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing customer support, and efficiently resolving their concerns. We seek candidates with at least 6 months of prior experience in a call center and a completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, it is important that you possess strong telephone presence and the ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems. Working hours will follow a rotating 3-shift schedule.
