Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Driver with a personal vehicle for fast and secure deliveries of groceries and light white goods, managing orders from store to customer. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional development and growth At Carry Delivery, we specialize in last-mile logistics, focused on fast and secure deliveries. Currently, we work with La Comer, delivering groceries (90%) and light white goods (10%) from store to customer’s residence. · Position: Delivery Driver (With Personal Vehicle) · Our main activity is receiving, assigning, and delivering orders from store to customer’s residence. · Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekdays off. Two rotating shifts assigned weekly by the supervisor (First shift starts at 7:30 am; Second shift starts at 9:30 am), until route completion. · We offer Tips fully integrated for the collaborator. Weekly and timely payment, settled the week after it ends, via your chosen payroll system. * Training: 1 day (6 hours). Financial support of $200, paid by the end of your first full biweekly period (possible activation on the same day depending on experience). Opportunities for professional development and growth. · Payment scheme based on packages delivered — between 12 and 15 packages per day or more · - Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday On-time delivery: $70 per package Late delivery: $56 per package · - Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday On-time delivery: $56 per package Late delivery: $50 per package · Average monthly income: $13,000 – $15,000 · Requirements: Android or iPhone smartphone. Personal vehicle in good condition. Complete basic documentation.
