




Job Summary: We are seeking a Butcher with experience in meats and seafood to ensure product preparation and processing while maintaining cleanliness and proper equipment usage. Verification and monitoring of cutting and transformation processes WE ARE LOOKING FOR A BUTCHER Requirements: 4 years of experience in technical knowledge of meats and seafood - Handling of good manufacturing practices Responsibilities Work Area Clean the work area after use Always wear the full uniform correctly Ensure work tools are sharp and clean Always use safety equipment when required Provide support on production lines as needed Provide support in cleaning carts and/or trays as needed Work Equipment Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of the worktable; if equipment was used, wash it (e.g., saw, slicer) Verify equipment is in good condition and report any anomalies for any equipment (e.g., saw, slicer, scales) Processes Verify the required cut type before initiating the process Request the procedure if uncertain, to verify it Keep visual materials related to the process readily available at the line For new cuts, submit the New Product Form FR-VE-02 to proceed with the cut Record initial weights on the Product Transformation Form (TP Form), as well as finished product (PT) weights, breaking down weight losses (trimmings); if product is intended for another process, indicate this on the form Preparation of the Piece Handle trimmings as specified in procedures We Offer: Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM Work Location: Azcapotzalco, CDMX (Ferrería Metro Station) Salary: $13,000 net monthly plus statutory benefits, food vouchers, cafeteria access, and uniforms. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Secondary education 3 years of experience Age: Up to 40 years
