Job Summary: We are seeking a Barista/General Assistant for a barbershop in Arcos Bosques, responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness and order, and providing friendly customer service. Maintenance of a clean and orderly environment Important: The barbershop is looking for a BARISTA/GENERAL ASSISTANT Location: Arcos Bosques Job Objective: To provide friendly and efficient customer service by preparing high-quality beverages while consistently maintaining a clean, orderly, and functional environment within the barbershop, and also assisting with general maintenance and cleaning tasks. Main Responsibilities: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, juices, some alcoholic cocktails, etc.) to customers. Keep the bar area and lounge clean, orderly, and well-stocked with supplies. Assist with general cleaning tasks within the barbershop (sweeping, mopping, restrooms, mirrors, etc.). Collaborate on basic maintenance and care of furniture and equipment. Provide friendly customer service, ensuring a positive experience. Follow company-established hygiene, safety, and image protocols. Assist with customer reception or service as required. · Requirements: Experience: Prior experience as a barista, general assistant, or in customer service is desirable. Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and cleaning. Service-oriented attitude, punctuality, and teamwork. · Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (availability to work either shift) Saturday: 9:45 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Sunday: Fixed day off Includes a 1-hour and 15-minute lunch break. · Compensation: Salary: $9,000 net monthly + $1,000 monthly bonus + additional tips from customers.
