Job Summary: Accountant Analyst with cost accounting experience for a promotional marketing agency, focused on measurable strategies and project development. Key Highlights: 1. A multichannel promotional marketing agency dedicated to developing measurable strategies for select brands, with approximately 20 years in the market, is seeking a Cost Accountant Analyst. Responsibilities - Preparation of service costs and project margins. - Preparation of budgets. - Determination of costs per brand (channel). - Financial and process auditing. - Analysis of organizational costs and expenses. - Reconciliation of costs with Accounting. - Integration and costing of payroll for sales personnel. - Determination and structuring of project-specific costs. - Budgetary control. - Reconciliation with suppliers and internal departments. - Preparation of management reports. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (degree certificate and professional license). - Gender: Unrestricted. - Minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in similar positions. - Essential knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, general accounting, payroll, calculation, integration, and analysis of payroll—including earnings, deductions, statutory benefits, variable commissions, and social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAR). - Service cost accounting. - Microsoft Office and accounting software (COI). - Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. - Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). We Offer - Monthly gross salary of $19,000 to $20,000 MXN + Profit Sharing (PL) + monthly food vouchers ($700 MXN). - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. - Fully on-site work. - Work location: Polanco.
