




Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting professional to manage accounting, tax, and administrative processes, with customer service orientation and proficiency in tax platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of accounting, tax, and administrative operations. 2. Support in preparing financial statements and bank reconciliations. 3. Direct interaction with clients for accounting and tax advisory services. For this position, we require a candidate holding a technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, or currently completing such studies, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role involving accounting, tax, and administrative management for individuals and legal entities, financial data recording, and compliance with current tax obligations. It is essential that the candidate possesses knowledge of general accounting, VAT law, Income Tax (ISR), intermediate Excel skills for data entry, filters, and pivot tables, as well as experience using SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and the IMSS Virtual Desktop, basic payroll processes, and a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate must demonstrate productivity, openness to learning, organization, punctuality, teamwork, service attitude, methodical aptitude, attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment. Main Responsibilities: Recording and control of transactions in accounting ledgers. Coding and entry of accounting and financial information. Preparation and basic analysis of financial statements. Execution of bank reconciliations. Management of the SAT portal and support in filing tax returns. Support in determining taxes (ISR and VAT). Support in payroll calculation and control. Use and operation of accounting software (Aspel or others). Operation of platforms: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and IMSS Virtual Desktop. Direct client service to clarify accounting and tax-related questions. Follow-up on assigned administrative and tax requirements. Work location will be at our offices located in Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 05340 Mexico City, CDMX (Porsche Building). Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs., although candidates must have flexible availability depending on operational needs.
