




Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Room Assistant to monitor services, manage tickets, handle incidents, and prepare sales reports, ensuring operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Incident Control: Preparation of detailed reports on any anomalies detected during the shift. 4. Sales Reporting: Consolidation of commercial data and delivery of administrative reports.
