**Job Opening: Warehouse Supervisor** **Company:** INCOAM Engineering and Environmental Construction S.A. de C.V. **Location:** Puebla, Pue. **Department:** Warehouse / Operations **Work Mode:** On-site **Job Description** INCOAM is seeking a responsible and organized **Warehouse Supervisor**, responsible for controlling, safeguarding, and ensuring the timely supply of materials, tools, and equipment used in construction projects and operations, maintaining both physical and documentary order in the warehouse and overseeing construction site warehouses. **Responsibilities** * Inspection and control of various construction site warehouses * Receiving, inspecting, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment * Managing warehouse inflows and outflows using forms and/or systems * Proper safeguarding of materials, equipment, and company assets * Assisting with periodic physical inventories * Delivering materials to operational staff according to authorized requisitions * Reporting shortages, surpluses, or damaged materials * Maintaining warehouse order, cleanliness, and signage * Assisting with loading and unloading of materials **Requirements** * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk (preferably in construction or fieldwork) * Knowledge of inventory control and form preparation * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel and control forms * ERP system experience preferred * Experience handling construction materials, tools, and spare parts preferred **Competencies** * Organization and tidiness * Responsibility and integrity * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Discipline and adherence to procedures **We Offer** * Salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
