Job Summary: Responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, ensuring receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods to their final destination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate the warehouse team. 2. Ensure efficient and effective management of warehouse operations. 3. Maximize the use of available warehouse space. The person in charge ensures efficient and effective management of warehouse operations, guaranteeing proper receipt of equipment, storage, inventory control, as well as goods dispatch and delivery assurance to their final destination. Objectives: a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records to minimize discrepancies and/or losses. b. Improve internal operational efficiency by ensuring product receipt, storage, picking and/or distribution to reduce time and costs. c. Keep logs and records updated at all times. d. Maximize the use of available warehouse space. e. Maintain precise control over warehouse service providers and supplies, ensuring optimal market options. f. Ensure all operations conducted in the warehouse comply with safety standards to protect employees and stored products. g. Guarantee that all products are stored under optimal conditions to maintain quality and integrity. h. Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team toward goals established by management. i. Maintain Odoo system inventory records updated and organized, ensuring healthy inventory control and management. j. Maintain order and control across all warehouses at all times. REQUIREMENTS: BACHELOR’S DEGREE in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or related field. Team management and warehouse personnel coordination skills. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety. * Proven experience in inventory management, FIFO, 5S, and cycle counts. * Experience using more than one ERP system. * Intermediate–advanced Microsoft Office (desirable). * Results-oriented. Experience in developing suppliers of supplies and courier services. * Skills in developing warehouse improvement projects. * Skills in generating reports and operational dashboards (KPIs).
