Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Associate with experience in product storage and handling to ensure proper receipt, arrangement, and dispatch of goods. Key Highlights: 1. Shift-based role with availability and diverse warehouse activities **Warehouse Associate** **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary school * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in the position * **Knowledge:** Good storage practices, pallet handling, pallet stacking, knowledge of PEPS and PCPS (First-In-First-Out and First-to-Expire-First-Out) stock arrangement systems. * Availability to rotate shifts: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–9:30 PM, and 9:30 PM–6:00 AM; the first two shifts run Monday through Saturday, and the third runs Monday through Friday. **Responsibilities** * Arrange products by category (Supplements, Cosmetics, Medical Devices, etc.) * Fulfill orders according to each specification requested by the customer (palletizing, stretch-wrapping, by family, etc.) * Load products onto company-owned and/or contracted transport vehicles for customer deliveries. * Support month-end inventory counts. * Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are accompanied by supporting documentation (invoice, delivery note, proof of delivery, etc.), as well as acknowledgment confirming order fulfillment. * Update pallet tags according to current stock levels and corresponding batch numbers. * Palletize all received products for proper warehouse storage in compliance with NOM standards. * Stretch-wrap products for optimal placement on warehouse racks. * Receive products delivered by suppliers of raw materials and/or finished goods (FG). **Responsibilities:** * Comply with current storage regulations. * Ensure products are delivered to customers according to required specifications to meet their expectations. * Ensure full compliance with all receiving and order-filling processes, and maintain full traceability for all delivered products.
