Position Summary: Execute and maintain inventory control, ensuring proper material handling from receipt through dispatch to the customer. Key Responsibilities: 1. Material receipt, registration, and physical and system-based placement 2. Material safeguarding, cleaning, and preservation 3. Counter and point-of-use dispatch, including chemicals **OBJECTIVE:** Execute and maintain on-site inventory control to ensure proper handling of materials under your responsibility—from material receipt, safeguarding, and placement through to appropriate dispatch to the customer. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive materials arriving at the Site for accurate physical and system-based registration and placement. * Safeguard materials both physically and in the system for proper tracking. * Organize, clean, and preserve materials located at the Site. * Execute counter and point-of-use dispatch. * Perform dispatch and proper handling of chemicals, adhering to safety protocols (where applicable). * Perform any other duties required in support of your position or department. * Comply with the Company’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Adhere to the Company’s current Health, Safety, and Environment procedures. * Know and follow area procedures documented in the SGI. Requirements: **EDUCATION:**Secondary school **EXPERIENCE:**1 year as a Warehouse Associate **KNOWLEDGE:**1. Knowledge of material dispatch and safeguarding. 2. Knowledge of 5S. 3. Service orientation. 4. Inventory management
