Application of continuous improvement methodologies **Job Objectives** Execute and control warehouse operational processes through safe forklift operation, accurate inventory control, and application of continuous improvement methodologies, ensuring compliance with KPIs and Good Warehousing Practices, with potential for advancement to positions of greater responsibility. **Education** * Technical high school diploma or technical degree in logistics, administration, or related field (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in operational warehousing with focus on inventory control. * Safe forklift operation (valid DC-3 license preferred). * Inventory control: FIFO, LIFO (as applicable), cycle counts, and reconciliations. * Good Warehousing Practices (orderliness, traceability, identification, and segregation). * 5S methodology applied to operational environments. * Operational KPI management: * Inventory accuracy. * Service level (fill rate). * Order picking times. * Turnover and shrinkage control. * Basic-to-intermediate Excel skills. * ERP or inventory control system experience (preferred). **We Offer** **\* Statutory Benefits** **\* Monday to Friday Schedule** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,500.00 - $13,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
