At **CEDIS CUCAPAH MILLER PARKS**, we are seeking your talent as: **TRAINING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LEADER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Training or Organizational Development Leader or Coordinator. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Planning, design, and implementation of staff training and instruction. * Design of the Annual Training Plan. * Design and implementation of tools for Training Needs Assessment. * Development of instructional materials to support training courses and plans. * Knowledge of SIRCE (Preferred). * Regulations issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare regarding training plans and programs. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and deliver onboarding and cybersecurity training for newly hired CEDIS staff. * Monitor and manage the training platform to ensure achievement of course delivery targets. * Design visual and supporting materials required for implementing operational training courses for CEDIS staff. * Support coordination and implementation of staff recognition programs and corporate events. * Jointly develop, with the Organizational Development team, the Annual Training Plan for CEDIS staff. * Administer and monitor the Theoretical Onboarding Evaluation and Course Satisfaction Survey, ensuring databases remain up to date. * Maintain control, recordkeeping, and updating of all information generated under the Annual Training Plan (attendance lists and/or related documents). * Monitor proper completion of the "Learning Curve Follow-up" form for new hires, temporarily safeguarding it for the payroll integration process and subsequently delivering it to the Personal Administration Department. * Administer theoretical/practical assessments to candidates requiring operation of material handling equipment, to validate candidate suitability. * Deliver theoretical\-practical training on safe operation of material handling equipment for license renewals. **WE OFFER:** * **MONTHLY SALARY OF $23,595** (gross monthly) * Transportation service * Career growth opportunities * Statutory benefits * Discount card for chain stores **WORK LOCATION:** Salinas Victoria \- Ciénega de Flores Highway, km 10\+300, rural access road, Municipality of Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León.
