Opportunity to impact customer service **Sears is looking for a TRAINING COORDINATOR in Anahuac – San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan monthly courses for the central office. * Deliver onboarding training for new employees. * Conduct customer service training for call center staff. * Promote courses via electronic platforms and in-person sessions at the office. * Develop learning resources for training programs. * Generate weekly and monthly participation reports. * Implement improvement actions to achieve established goals. * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 hrs, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 15:00 hrs. * Salary: $15,567 **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy or Psychology (completed). * Minimum 6 months’ experience delivering training in telephone collections or call center topics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
