Support for employee recognition programs and corporate events At **CEDIS CUCAPAH MILLER PARKS**, we seek your talent as: **TRAINING AND OD LEADER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Training or Organizational Development Leader or Supervisor * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **KNOWLEDGE:** * Planning, design, and implementation of staff training and development * Annual Training Plan design * Design and implementation of tools for Training Needs Assessment * Development of instructional materials to support training courses and plans * Familiarity with SIRCE (Preferred) * Regulatory requirements set by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare regarding training plans and programs **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Coordinate and deliver onboarding and cybersecurity courses for new CEDIS staff · Monitor and manage the training platform to ensure course delivery targets are met · Develop visual and supporting materials required for operational training courses delivered to CEDIS staff · Support coordination and implementation of employee recognition programs and corporate events · Collaborate with the Organizational Development team to design the Annual Training Plan for CEDIS staff · Administer and track the Theoretical Onboarding Assessment and Course Satisfaction Survey, ensuring databases remain up to date · Maintain control, recordkeeping, and updating of all information generated under the Annual Training Plan (e.g., attendance lists and related documents) · Monitor proper completion of the "Learning Curve Tracking" form for new hires, temporarily safeguarding it during the payroll onboarding process and subsequently delivering it to the Personnel Administration Department · Administer theoretical/practical assessments to candidates requiring operation of material handling equipment, to validate candidate suitability · Deliver theoretical\-practical training on safe material handling equipment operation for license renewal **WE OFFER:** · **MONTHLY SALARY: $23,595** gross per month · Transportation service · Career growth opportunities · Statutory benefits · Discount card for chain stores WORK LOCATION: Salinas Victoria Highway \- Ciénega de Flores km 10\+300, rural road, Municipality of Salinas Victoria, Nuevo León.
