Active participation in training and mentoring for skill development. **LOOK AT is seeking a Communications Trainee in Querétaro, Querétaro** ----------------------------------------------------------------- As a Trainee on our Commercial team, you will join a firm specialized in talent solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), supporting business growth through customer management, proactive prospecting, and developing lasting business relationships. This role provides hands-on experience across the entire HR sales cycle—from initial contact through to closing deals and account follow-up. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Follow up with active clients, ensuring consistent communication and identifying opportunities for service expansion or renewal. * Participate in cold prospecting activities, identifying and contacting SMEs with potential to become clients of the firm. * Update the CRM (Customer Database) weekly with contacted prospects to maintain accurate tracking. * Send email campaigns or service information to our database. * Maintain records of company billing and expenses. * Assist in drafting and managing service contracts for recruitment, training, and compensation. * Collaborate on preparing commercial presentations, value propositions, and portfolio performance reports. * Analyze the SME market to identify trends, talent needs, and business opportunities. * Actively participate in training and mentoring sessions to develop consultative sales and account management skills. **Academic Profile:** * Recent graduate in Business Administration, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or related fields. You must not be enrolled in any voluntary insurance scheme.
